包头某高校大学生焦虑现况研究

A Study on the Current Situation of Anxiety among College Students in a University in Baotou

目的了解包头某高校在校大学生焦虑的现况,分析在校大学生的焦虑及压力状况和其影响因素,明确在校大学生焦虑的危险因素,以便给予针对性的心理指导和预防措施。方法采用焦虑自测量表以及自编的基本情况调查表对包头某高校461名在校大学生进行一般情况调查和心理测评。结果调查的461名在校大学生中焦虑人数为123名,焦虑患病率为26.68%。在校大学生焦虑状况的影响因素分析结果:医学专业(OR=0.526,95%CI:0.332~0.832)为焦虑发生的保护因素,大学生生源地来自外省市(OR=2.636,95%CI:1.578~4.401)、对自己身高相貌不满意(OR=2.370,95%CI:1.242~4.523)为焦虑发生的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论包头某高校在校大学生的焦虑患病率较高,应及时采取相应措施降低焦虑的患病率。

Objective To understand the current situation of college students'anxiety in a university in Baotou,analyze the anxiety and stress status of college students and their influencing factors,identify the risk factors of college students'anxiety,and provide targeted psychological guidance and preventive measures.Methods 461 college students in a university in Baotou were investigated with the self-rating anxiety scale and the self-compiled basic situation questionnaire.Results Among 461 college students surveyed,123 were anxious,and the prevalence of anxiety was 26.68%.The analysis of influencing factors of anxiety status of college students showed that medical major(OR=0.526,95%CI:0.332-0.832)was the protective factor of anxiety,and college students from other provinces and cities(OR=2.636,95%CI:1.578-4.401)and dissatisfied with their height and appearance(OR=2.370,95%CI:1.242-4.523)were the risk factors of anxiety(P<0.05).Conclusion The prevalence of anxiety among college students in a university in Baotou is high,and corresponding measures should be taken in time to reduce the prevalence of anxiety.
