增值评价在临床医学本科阶段皮肤性病学CBL教学中的应用

摘要 目的探究增值评价在临床医学本科阶段皮肤性病学CBL教学中的应用。方法于2020年9月—2021年5月选取包头医学院第二附属医院2019级85名临床医学本科生为研究对象,在本院皮肤性病学教研室示教室开展教学见习活动。将CBL教学法应用于临床医学本科阶段皮肤性病学见习课程中,并引入增值评价进行纵向性评价,用问卷的方式征求调查学生的意见,统计实施CBL教学法后的好评率,以及采用问卷调查法的方式分析引入增值评价后的积极影响。结果在实施CBL教学法后对明确学生的诊治思路、解决理论与临床的应用问题以及提升学生自主学习能力方面有效性显著,能使学生更好地掌握理论知识,提高了学生的学习兴趣,对学生沟通能力的提升相对较低,相比于其他教程效果突出;对引入增值评价产生的积极影响进行调查发现,学生表示通过增值评价后自身学习质量得到了显著提升,自我学习潜能得以挖掘;在学习需求方面得到了很好的满足以及自身的综合能力有了很大提升。结论增值评价的方式能够有效提升学生的学习效果,值得在皮肤性病学教学中应用和推广。 Objective To investigate the application of value-added evaluation in CBL teaching of dermatologic venereology at the undergraduate level of clinical medicine.Methods From September 2020 to May 2021,85 clinical medicine undergraduate students of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Baotou Medical College,class of 2019 were selected as the study subjects to conduct teaching apprenticeships in the demonstration room of the teaching and research department of dermatologic venereology in our hospital.We applied the CBL teaching method to the clinical medicine undergraduate level dermatopathology apprenticeship course,and introduced value-added evaluation for longitudinal evaluation,and used questionnaires to solicit the opinions of the surveyed students,to conduct statistics on the favorable evaluation rate after the implementation of CBL teaching method,as well as to analyze the positive impact after the introduction of value-added evaluation using the questionnaire method at that time.Results The effectiveness of the CBL teaching method after its implementation on clarifying students'diagnostic and treatment ideas,solving theoretical and clinical application problems,and enhancing students'independent learning ability was significant,enabling students to better grasp theoretical knowledge,increasing their interest in learning,with relatively low enhancement of students'communication skills,and outstanding effects compared to other tutorials.A survey of the positive effects of introducing value-added assessment found that students indicated that the quality of their own learning was significantly improved through value-added assessment and that their learning potential was explored.Students reported that their learning needs were well met and their overall ability was greatly improved.Conclusion The value-added assessment method can effectively improve students'learning outcomes and is worth applying and promoting in the teaching of dermatologic venereology.
