摘要
年轻干部的培养是公立医院实现高质量发展的必备条件和关键因素。本文以无锡市人民医院为例,研究年轻干部培育途径,通过一系列培养年轻干部的举措和选拔任用机制,推动医院高质量发展。
The training of young cadres is a necessary condition and key factor for public hospitals to achieve high-quality development.Taking Wuxi People's Hospital as an example,this paper studies the ways to cultivate young cadres,and promotes the high-quality development of the hospital through a series of measures to cultivate young cadres and the selection and appointment mechanism.
