联系数有效值和置信度在长期护理服务质量综合评价中的应用

摘要 目的探讨联系数有效值和置信度在长期护理服务质量综合评价中的应用。方法以采用问卷法对享受居家养老服务居民的调查结果为例,应用基于联系数的有效值和置信度综合评价长期护理服务质量。结果令五元联系数i、j、k为取值范围的最大值、中间值和最小值时,长期护理服务质量的排序均为响应性>有效性>移情性>保障性>有形性。置信度在[0.5,0.7]取值时,响应性处于“好”等级,移情性和保障性均处于“一般”等级,有效性处于“好”或“一般”等级,有形性处于“一般”或“差”等级,总体长期服务质量处于“一般”或“好”等级。结论当前该市长期护理服务总体处于一般水平,应针对等级和排序较低指标采取措施,不断提高长期护理服务质量。应用联系数有效值和置信度可动态对长期护理服务质量进行定量评价和定性评价,值得进一步研究。 Objective To explore the application of contact number validity and confidence level in the comprehensive evaluation of long-term care service quality.Methods Using the results of a survey on residents enjoying home care services using a questionnaire method,the valid values and confidence levels based on contact numbers were applied to comprehensively evaluate the quality of long-term care services.Results The quality of long-term care services was ranked as responsiveness>validity>empathy>security>tangibility when the five element contact numbers i,j and k were the maximum,middle and minimum values of the range of values.The reliability is in the range of[0.5,0.7],and the responsiveness is in the"good"level;empathy and assurance are in the"fair"category,validity is in the"good"or"fair"category,and tangibility is in the"fair"or"poor"category.The overall quality of long-term services is"fair"or"good".Conclusion The overall long-term care service in the city is at an average level,and measures should be taken to improve the quality of long-term care service by targeting the lower ranking and ranking indicators.The application of the effective value of contact number and confidence level can dynamically evaluate the quality of long-term care services both quantitatively and qualitatively,which is worth further research.
