摘要
目的分析产科病房护理管理中实施层级管理模式的效果。方法回顾性分析2019年1—12月聊城市东昌府区妇幼保健院20名护理人员的资料,实施常规管理,设为对照组;2020年1—12月本院护理人员20名,实施层级管理模式,设为观察组。对比两组管理效果。结果观察组工作质量、综合工作能力及护理人员满意度评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理差错率为0.00%、投诉率为5.00%,显著低于对照组的20.00%、30.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在产科病房护理管理中实施层级管理模式,可明显提高产科护士工作能力,提升产科护理质量。
Objective To analyze the effect of implementing the hierarchical management model in the nursing management of obstetric wards.Methods Retrospective analysis the data of 20 nursing staff in Dongchangfu District Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital of Liaocheng City from January to December 2019 and routine management was carried out and set as a control group.From January to December 2020,there were 20 nursing staff in our hospital,who implemented the hierarchical management model,they were set up for retrospective analysis,and the management effects of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of work quality,comprehensive work ability and nurse satisfaction in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing error rate and complaint rate of the observation group were 0.00%and 5.00%,which were significantly lower than those of the control group(20.00%vs 30.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of the hierarchical management model in the nursing management of obstetric wards can significantly improve the working ability of obstetric nurses and enhance the quality of obstetric nursing.
