精细化管理在康复科护理管理中的应用价值分析

Analysis of the Value of Application of Precision Management in Nursing Management of Rehabilitation Department

目的在康复科护理管理中应用以精细化为特征的管理措施,并探究上述管理模式在临床中的应用价值与干预效果。方法长沙市中心医院康复医学科选取2019年12月—2022年1月期间自2021年1月开始实施精细化管理,将2019年12月—2020年12月期间的26名护理人员纳入对照组(实施常规管理措施),将2021年1月—2022年1月期间的26名护理人员纳入研究组(实施精细化管理措施),比较两组康复科护理管理质量、护理差错事件发生率,精细化管理前后的护理管理满意度。结果研究组护理文件、健康教育、病室管理、基础护理以及整体护理方面的评分均比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理差错事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组管理后的护理管理满意度高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将具有精细化特征的管理措施应用于康复科护理管理工作中,有助于积极改善整体护理管理质量,减少护理差错事件发生,进一步优化护理人员对于护理管理工作的满意度。

Objective To apply management measures characterized by refinement in the nursing management of the rehabilitation department,and to investigate the application value and intervention effect of the above management mode in the clinical setting.Methods Department of Rehabilitation Medicine of Changsha Central Hospital had implemented refined management since January 2021.26 nursing staff from December 2019 to December 2020 were included in the control group(routine management measures were implemented),and 26 nursing staff from January 2021 to January 2022 were included in the study group(refined management measures were implemented).Compared the quality of nursing management and the incidence of nursing errors in the rehabilitation department between the two groups,and the nursing management satisfaction before and after the refined management.Results The scores of nursing documents,health education,ward management,basic nursing and overall nursing in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of nursing error events in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing management satisfaction after management in the study group was higher than that before management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying management measures with refinement characteristics to nursing management in the rehabilitation department can help to actively improve the overall nursing management quality,reduce the occurrence of nursing errors,and further optimize the satisfaction of nursing staff with nursing management.
