PBL联合CT三维重建技术在疼痛科教学中的应用

摘要 目的探讨PBL联合CT三维重建技术在疼痛科教学中的应用效果。方法以2020年2月—2021年2月在浠水县中医院进行实习的医学生52名作为研究对象,在对其进行疼痛科教学时,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组26名学生。其中,对照组予以传统教学法,观察组运用PBL联合CT三维重建技术来进行教学。对理论知识和教学效果进行评估和比较。且在教学完成后,就学生对教学方式的满意度进行评估。结果观察组医学生的病例分析、脉冲射频治疗、操作神经的解剖部位以及毗邻、并发症处理等成绩相较于对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组医学生的学习效果、临床思维拓展能力、自主学习能力、知识掌握度、问题解决能力分值相较于对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组医学生对教学满意度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在疼痛科教学中,运用PBL联合CT三维重建技术教学方案,可强化医学生的知识与技能掌握状况,优化教学效果,保证其对教学的满意度,提高主观能动性。 Objective To explore the effect of PBL combined with CT three-dimensional reconstruction technology in the teaching of pain department.Methods Fifty-two medical students who had internship in Xishui County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2020 to February 2021 were used as the study subjects,and they were divided into control group and observation group respectively when teaching pain medicine,with 26 students in each group.The control group was taught by traditional teaching method and the observation group was taught by PBL combined with CT 3D reconstruction technique.The theoretical knowledge and teaching effect was evaluated and compared.And after the teaching was completed,the students'satisfaction with the teaching method was evaluated.Results The scores of medical students in the observation group in terms of mastery of case analysis,pulsed radiofrequency treatment,anatomical sites of operated nerves and adjacent to them,and management of complications significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The medical students in the observation group had higher scores of learning effect,clinical thinking expansion ability,independent learning ability,knowledge mastery,and problem solving ability than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Medical students in the observation group were more satisfied with the teaching than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the teaching of pain medicine,the use of PBL combined with CT 3D reconstruction technology teaching program can strengthen the knowledge and skills mastery of medical students,optimize the teaching effect,ensure their satisfaction with teaching and improve their subjective motivation.
