案例教学法与传统教学法在普外科临床教学中的效果分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨案例教学法与传统教学法在普外科临床教学中的效果。方法选择2021年9月—2022年9月南华大学附属长沙中心医院普外科实习生68名,以随机抽签法分为对照组、观察组,每组纳入34名。观察组在临床教学中应用案例教学法,对照组在临床教学中应用传统教学法,对比两组临床教学效果。结果观察组实习考核成绩均比对照组高,对普外科实习教学方式满意度也高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在普外科临床教学过程中,案例教学法要优于传统教学方法,能够更好地引导实习生思考问题,主动地解决相关问题,优化临床诊疗思维。 Objective To discuss the effect of case teaching method and traditional teaching method in the clinical teaching of general surgery.Methods Sixty-eight interns of general surgery department in Changsha Central Hospital Affiliated to University of South China from September 2021 to September 2022 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 34 in each group.Among them,the case teaching method was applied in the clinical teaching to the observation group,and the traditional teaching method was applied in the clinical teaching the control group to compare the clinical teaching effect of general surgery interns.Results The results of practice assessment of the observation group were higher than that of the control group,and the satisfaction of general surgery practice teaching method was also higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of clinical teaching in general surgery,the case teaching method is better than the traditional teaching method,which can better guide interns to think about problems,solve related problems actively and optimize clinical diagnosis and treatment thinking.
