消毒供应中心护理管理中运用PDCA循环对器械清洗、消毒灭菌质量的影响分析

Analysis on the Impact of PDCA Cycle on the Quality of Device Cleaning and Sterilization in the Nursing Management of Sterile Supply Center

目的对PDCA循环应用于消毒供应中心护理管理中器械清洗、消毒灭菌质量情况的影响进行分析。方法山东健康集团枣庄医院消毒供应中心2020年4月—2021年4月行常规管理,2021年5月—2022年4月应用PDCA循环管理,对比工作人员不同管理方式下风险管理意识、器械管理质量、器械各工作环节合格率和临床科室医护人员满意度的差异。结果应用PDCA循环管理后,工作人员风险管理意识评分均高于常规管理后,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);应用PDCA循环管理后,工作人员器械管理质量评分均高于常规管理后,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);应用PDCA循环管理后,器械各工作环节合格率和临床科室医护人员满意度均高于常规管理后,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PDCA循环应用于消毒供应中心护理管理工作中效果显著,可有效加强工作人员风险管理意识,提高器械管理质量以及器械各工作环节合格率,加深临床科室医护人员的联系,提高临床科室医护人员满意度。

Objective The effect of PDCA cycle on the quality of instrument cleaning,disinfection and sterilization in the nursing management of disinfection supply center was analyzed.Methods The routine management was carried out fection and supply center of Zaozhuang Hospital of Shandong Health Group from April 2020 to April 2021,and the PDCA cycle management was applied from May 2021 to April 2022.The differences in risk management awareness,device management quality,qualified rate of each working link of the device and the satisfaction of medical staff in clinical departments were compared under different management methods.Results After applying PDCA cycle management,the score of risk management awareness of the staff was higher than that of the routine management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After applying PDCA cycle management,the score of instrument management quality of the staff was higher than that of the routine management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After applying PDCA cycle management,the qualified rate of each working link of the instrument and the satisfaction of the medical staff in the clinical department were higher than those after routine management,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The PDCA cycle applied in the nursing management of the disinfection supply center has a remarkable effect.It can effectively strengthen the risk management awareness of the staff,improve the quality of the device management and the qualification rate of each working link of the device,deepen the contact between the medical staff in the clinical department,and improve the satisfaction of the medical staff in the clinical department.
