某综合医院830例水痘患者流行病学资料分析

Analysis of Epidemiological Data of 830 Cases of Varicella Patients in a General Hospital

目的整理2017—2021年北京市垂杨柳医院接诊的830例水痘患者数据,分析水痘在医院的流行病学特征,为做好院内水痘防控提供参考信息。方法通过中国疾病预防控制报告系统导出本院2017年1月—2021年12月报告的830例水痘患者的记录,运用描述性流行病学方法分析患者流行病学资料。结果水痘病例全年均可发病,呈现两个高峰;发病年龄1~69岁,平均(23.35±10.32)岁;发病人数最多的是20~34岁(60.12%);男433例(52.17%),女397例(47.83%);主要来自北京市朝阳区(83.98%);职业主要为商业服务(27.83%)、学生(20.84%)和家务及待业者(20.36%);就诊科室主要是皮肤科门诊、发热门诊和儿科门诊。结论本院2017—2021年水痘患者的发病年龄推迟,应加强成人水痘监测工作,严格执行发热及出疹患者预检分诊制度;加强医务人员防护工作,做好水痘疫苗接种。

Objective Sort out the data of 830 patients with chickenpox admitted by Beijing Chuiyangliu Hospital from 2017 to 2021,analyze the epidemic characteristics of chickenpox in the hospital,and provide reference information for the prevention and control of chickenpox in the hospital.Methods The records 830 cases of chickenpox reported in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2021 were exported through the China Disease Control and Prevention Report System,and the epidemiological data of patients were analyzed using descriptive epidemiological methods.Results Varicella cases could develop throughout the year,showing two peaks;the age of onset ranged from 1 to 69 years,with a mean age of(23.35±10.32)years.The largest number of cases was between 20 and 34 years old(60.12%).There were 433 cases in males(52.17%)and 397 cases in females(47.83%);they were mainly from Chaoyang District,Beijing(83.98%);their occupations were mainly commercial services(27.83%),students(20.84%)and housework and waiting for work(20.36%);the departments attended were mainly dermatology outpatient,fever outpatient and pediatric outpatient.Conclusion The age of onset of varicella patients in this hospital was delayed from 2017 to 2021,and the surveillance of varicella in adults should be strengthened,and the pre-screening triage system for febrile and rash patients should be strictly implemented;the protection of medical staff should be strengthened,and varicella vaccination should be done.
