摘要
随着电子政务、智慧城市等信息技术实践运用,其对医院信息化的要求也越来越强烈,推进医院绩效工作信息化成为“互联网+”时代下大势所趋。本文旨在构建一个以绩效管理为指挥棒,充分利用大数据平台,以医院预算、医疗收入相匹配基本方针为基础,突出该院发展重点的,能体现该院精细化运营管理的绩效信息化系统。通过构建完整的管控流程、全方位的数据模型,逐步构建各管理领域绩效系统(病种绩效、人力绩效、项目绩效、成本绩效等),引导医院各部门及员工不断提高工作质量,发挥主动性,提高工作绩效,全面提高医院的运行效率和服务水平。
With the practical application of information technology such as e-government and smart city,its requirements for hospital informatization are becoming stronger and stronger.Promoting the informatization of hospital performance work has become the general trend in the era of"Internet+".The article aims to build a performance information system that takes performance management as the baton,makes full use of big data platform,and bases on the basic policy of matching hospital budget and medical income.The system will highlight the development priorities of the hospital and reflect the refined operation and management of the hospital.Through the construction of a complete control process and comprehensive data model,the performance system of each management field(disease performance,human performance,project performance,cost performance,etc.)is gradually constructed to guide the hospital departments and employees to continuously improve the quality of work,give full play to their initiative,improve work performance,and comprehensively improve the operation efficiency and service level of the hospital.
