乳腺癌脑转移机制、诊疗及预后的研究

Study on the Mechanism,Diagnosis,Treatment and Prognosis of Breast Cancer Brain Metastasis

乳腺癌是女性发病率较高的癌症之一,部分患者初诊时已经发生远处转移,常见的转移部位是骨、肺和肝脏,虽然脑部不是最常见的转移部位,但其转移的概率也高达20%~30%,在脑转移瘤中居第2位。乳腺癌脑转移后,由于血脑屏障的存在极大地削弱了大部分化疗药物对脑肿瘤的杀伤作用,使乳腺癌脑转移患者整体预后较差。本文针对乳腺癌脑转移的特点、机制、预后等方面进行综述。

Breast cancer is one of the cancers with a high incidence among women.Some patients have already developed distant metastases at the time of initial diagnosis,and the frequent metastasis sites are bones,lungs and liver.Although the brain is not the most common metastasis site,the probability of metastasis is as high as 20%-30%,ranking second among brain metastases.With the development of imaging technology and the development of systemic treatment,the incidence rate of breast cancer brain metastases has been increasing in recent years.After the occurrence of brain metastases,the existence of blood-brain barrier greatly weakened the killing effect of most chemotherapeutic drugs on brain tumors,and the overall prognosis of breast cancer patients with brain metastases is poor.This article reviews the characteristics,mechanism and prognosis of brain metastasis of breast cancer.
