家医签约服务对婴儿生长发育及常见病发生率的影响

Effects of Contracted Services of Family Doctors on Infant Growth and Development and the Incidence of Common Diseases

目的 探讨家庭医生签约服务对婴儿生长发育及常见病发生率的影响。方法 选取2019年12月15日-2020年1月31日在我院建立儿童健康手册的新生儿中符合纳入标准的婴儿174例,根据家属自愿签约家庭医生服务与否分为签约组(90例)和未签约组(84例)。未签约组婴儿定期接受我院儿童保健科常规体检项目,签约组婴儿除了接受保健科常规体检项目,还接受家庭医生签约服务项目。所有婴儿满1周岁时,比较两组身长、体重、发育商及营养性疾病、呼吸道感染、腹泻发病率。结果 签约组满1周岁时身长及体重优于未签约组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);签约组适应性、大运动、精细运动、语言、个人-社会评分均高于未签约组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);签约组营养性疾病、呼吸道感染、腹泻发生率低于未签约组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 家庭医生签约服务不仅能够促进婴儿时期体格、智能及神经心理生长发育水平,同时还能降低婴儿期常见性疾病的发生率,有利于婴儿身心全面健康生长发育。

Objective To explore the effect of contracted services of family doctors on the growth and development of infants and the incidence of common diseases.Methods A total of 174 newborns who met the inclusion criteria in the children’s health manual established in our hospital from December 15, 2019 to January 31, 2020 were divided into signing group(90 cases) and non-signing group(84 cases) according to whether their families voluntarily signed up for family doctor service or not. The infants in the non-signing group regularly accepted the routine physical examination items of the child health department of our hospital. In addition to the routine physical examination items of the health care department,the infants in the signing group also received the service items signed by the family doctor. When all infants were full of one year old, the body length, body weight, developmental quotient, and nutritional diseases, respiratory tract infections and diarrhea incidence rate of the two groups were compared.Results When the infants in the two groups reached one year old, the body length and body mass of the infants in the signing group were better than those in the non-signing group(P<0.05). The score of adaptability, large movement, fine movement, language and individual society in the signing group were higher than those in the non-signing group(P<0.05). The incidence of nutritional diseases, respiratory tract infection and diarrhea in the signing group were lower than those in the non-signing group(P<0.05).Conclusion The contracted services of family doctors can promote the growth and development of physique, intelligence and neuropsychology in infants, reduce the incidence of common diseases in infancy, and be conducive to the overall healthy growth and development of infants.
