口服孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片联合生理盐水鼻腔冲洗治疗上气道咳嗽综合征的临床疗效

Clinical Efficacy of Oral Montelukast Sodium Chewable Tablets Combined with Normal Saline Nasal Irrigation in the Treatment of Upper Airway Cough Syndrome

目的 观察口服孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片联合生理盐水鼻腔冲洗治疗上气道咳嗽综合征的临床疗效。方法 选取2021年1月-12月我院诊治的76例上气道咳嗽综合征患儿为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各38例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片联合生理盐水鼻腔冲洗治疗,比较两组临床疗效、临床症状消失时间、鼻腔状况评分、咳嗽和咳喘评分、不良反应发生率。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为94.74%,高于对照组的84.21%(P<0.05);观察组鼻塞、鼻痒、流鼻涕各症状消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后鼻腔状况评分、咳嗽及咳喘评分低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 口服孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片联合生理盐水鼻腔冲洗治疗上气道咳嗽综合征具有良好的治疗效果,可促进临床症状快速消退,减轻咳嗽、咳喘以及鼻腔状况,且临床不良反应发生率低,应用安全性较高。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of oral montelukast sodium chewable tablets combined with normal saline nasal irrigation in the treatment of upper airway cough syndrome.Methods A total of 76 children with upper airway cough syndrome diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January to December 2021 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 38 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine treatment, and the observation group was treated with montelukast sodium chewable tablets combined with normal saline nasal irrigation on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy,disappearance time of clinical symptoms, nasal condition score, cough and asthma score, and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.74%, which was higher than 84.21% in the control group(P<0.05). The disappearance time of nasal congestion, nasal itching and runny nose in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of nasal condition, cough and asthma in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Oral montelukast sodium chewable tablets combined with normal saline nasal irrigation in the treatment of upper airway cough syndrome has a good therapeutic effect, which can promote the rapid regression of clinical symptoms, reduce cough, asthma and nasal conditions, and the incidence of clinical adverse reactions is low, and the application safety is high.
