摘要 普拉梭菌(F.prausnitzii)是一种棒状杆菌,其一些益生作用已经利用体内或体外试验得到证实,具备作为下一代益生菌的发展潜力。本文主要从普拉梭菌的生物学特性、产丁酸作用及其在抗炎方面的重要作用进行概述,以期为普拉梭菌的开发利用提供理论参考。 Faecalibacterium prausnitzii(F.prausnitzii)is a coryneform bacterium,and Some of its probiotic effects have been confirmed by in vivo or in vitro tests and have the potential to be developed as the next generation of probiotics.This article mainly summarized the biological characteristics of F.prausnitzii,the butyric acid production of F.prausnitzii and its important role in anti-inflammatory,in order to provide theoretical reference for the development and utilization of F.prausnitzii.
