摘要
目的:探究地区间护理人才供给的影响路径,以期为更好促进基本公共卫生服务均等化发展提供参考和借鉴经验。方法:从地理面积与人口数量两方面进行测度,运用模糊集定性比较分析方法分析影响护理人才供给水平的具体路径。结果:形成护理人才高供给水平共6条路径,总一致性0.98>0.8,总覆盖度为0.74,模型解释效果较好。结论:影响护理人才供给水平存在多种复杂因素,有多条路径可以提升护理专业人才供给水平,目前区间护理人才供给水平存在短板和差距。
Objective: To explore the influence path of nursing talent supply between regions to provide reference and reference experience to promote the equalization of essential public health services. Methods: The geographical area and population were measured from the aspects of the geographical location. The fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis method was used to analyze the path affecting China’s supply level of nursing talents. Results: 6 routes with a high supply level of nursing talents were formed, with a total consistency of 0.98>0.8and a total coverage of 0.74. Conclusion: There are many complex factors affecting the supply level of nursing talent in China, and many paths can improve the supply level of nursing professionals in China.
