某公立医院院史挖掘实践与思考

院史挖掘是推动医院高质量发展的内在动力、文化自信和精神源泉,是公立医院高质量发展新文化建设的重要组织部分。重庆市人民医院是一所拥有近百年院史的公立医院,以院史文化挖掘实践中的问题为导向,将院史挖掘纳入战略规划,形成1个核心主线、3个挖掘重点、4个核心任务、5条开发路径的整体思路并付诸实践,打造了1个院史展示区,形成了一系列精神谱系,梳理了一系列宝贵院史资料,转化了一批挖掘研究成果。本文从项目背景、实践探索、成果转化、挖掘经验、潜在风险等方面对院史挖掘工作进行思考和总结。

The excavation of hospital history is the internal motivation, cultural confidence, and spiritual source to promote the highquality development of the hospital, and is an important organizational part of the new culture construction of high-quality development of public hospitals. Chongqing General Hospital, a public hospital with nearly 100 years of history, has taken the problems in the practice of excavation of hospital history and culture as the guide, incorporated the excavation of hospital history into strategic planning, formed an overall idea of 1 core line, 3 excavation priorities, 4 core tasks, and 5 development paths and put them into practice, created an exhibition area of hospital history, formed a series of spiritual genealogies, sorted out a series of valuable hospital history materials and transformed a number of research results have been transformed. This paper reflects and summarizes the excavation work from the project background,practical exploration, the transformation of results, excavation experience, potential risks and other aspects.
