“新工科”视域下一流本科专业建设的导师制推动研究 被引量:4

摘要 党的二十大报告提出要全面提高人才自主培养质量,加快建设高质量教育体系,开启了中国教育发展的新阶段。以新工科建设为契机,北京科技大学开启了工程人才培养模式改革的新时代。本科生全程导师制坚持立德树人,以全程化的教育引领进程为纲,构建立体化的人才培养结构。这既是以学生为中心的深化本科人才改革的有力举措,也是高水平师资培育一流本科学生的重要探索和实践。文章通过梳理本科生全程导师制的内涵及育人成果与新工科背景下一流本科专业建设的关系,并基于用户满意理论的对其实际开展的情况进行了评价和分析,指出今后应在加强师资队伍建设、新工科人才培养、高校师生关系研究和完善配套制度方面持续改进。 The report of the 20th Party Congress proposed to comprehensively improve the quality of independent cultivation of talents and accelerate the construction of a high-quality education construction system.It opens a new stage in the history of Chinese education development.Taking the development of new engineering disciplines as an opportunity,USTB prompts a new phase of reform in cultivating engineering talents.The comprehensive tutorial system for undergraduates insists on moral education,which is an effective initiative to deepen education and teaching reform centered on students,and an important exploration and practice for high-level teachers to cultivate first-class undergraduates.This paper expounds the connotation of the comprehensive tutorial system for undergraduates,compares the relationship between the cultivation achievements and the construction of first-class undergraduate majors in the context of 3E(Emerging Engineering Education),and evaluates its actual implementation based on the user satisfaction theory.The results reveal that there are continuous improvements in both strengthening the construction of faculty,the cultivation of talents in new engineering and the research on university teacher-student relationship,and perfecting the supporting system.
