摘要
“食品生物检测技术”是食品质量与安全专业的必修课。根据该课程特点的分析,提出从更新教学内容、改革教学方法、加强师资力量3个方面对“食品生物检测技术”课程进行教学改革初探。从而为探索新冠肺炎疫情下食品质量与安全专业的课程改革提供参考。
Food Biological Detection Technology course is professional required course of food quality and safety.The course characteristics were analysed,and propsed updating instruction content,the reform of teaching method and strengthening teacher forces on the teaching reform of Food Biological Detection Technology course,so as to provide a reference for the new coronavirus pneumonia curriculum reform in food quality and safety specialty.
