新工科背景下“食品工程原理”教学改革探讨 被引量:7

摘要 在新工科不断发展的时代背景下,开展工程教育认证是我国高等教育的一项重大战略决策,对培养创新型、复合型、应用型的卓越工程人才具有重大意义。在新工科建设背景下对“食品工程原理”课程教学模式改革进行了探索,针对目前“食品工程原理”教学中存在的问题,结合工程教育专业认证的核心理念标准,以食品科学与工程在开展工程教育认证对课程改革提出的要求为目标,从教学方式、实践方案和考核方式方面提出了改革思路和具体改革方案,以期为“食品工程原理”课程的教学改革提供参考和借鉴。旨在提升“食品工程原理”课程的教学质量,以人才培养为核心建设一流专业和一流课程,推动学院食品专业学生的综合能力和职业素养不断提高。 Under the background of the continuous development of new engineering,engineering education certification is a major strategic decision of China's higher education,which is of great significance to cultivate innovative,compound and application-oriented outstanding engineering talents.In this paper,under the background of new engineering construction,the teaching mode reform of Food Engineering Principles course was explored.Aiming at the problems existing in the current teaching of Food Engineering Principles,the core concept standards of engineering education certification were combined with the requirements of food science and engineering curriculum reform put forward in the development of engineering education certification.In order to provide reference for the teaching reform of principles of food engineering,the reform ideas and concrete reform schemes were put forward from the aspects of teaching methods,practice schemes and examination methods.It aims to improve the teaching quality of Food Engineering Principle course,build first-class specialty and first-class course with talent cultivation as the core,and promote the continuous improvement of professional level.
