摘要
通过研究检验检测机构连续2年参加食品中菌落总数能力验证活动,结果由不满意到满意过程中关键的影响因素和质量控制点,以期给各同类实验室在菌落总数检测中提供一些参考和指导。
This paper studied the detection capability of inspection and testing institutions to participate in aerobic plate count in food for two consecutive years,the results from the unsatisfactory to satisfactory process of the key factors and quality control points,in order to provide some reference and guidance for the same kind of laboratory in the detection of aerobic plate count.
