食品科学与工程专业“生产实习”课程中的教学问题及实践创新体系探索 被引量:1

摘要 “生产实习”是食品科学与工程专业的学生将理论知识与具体实践结合的关键环节。但是,在实践过程中也有较多问题,为加强学生的技能素养和研究探索能力,使学生合理分析和解决食品科学与工程领域的工程问题,对存在问题进行了改革。以食品科学与工程专业为例,结合实际情况,通过分析探讨生产实习中存在的问题进行举措,优化实习内容,提高实践质量,建立全方位考核评价体系,结合“线上指导,线下实操”模式,完善教学设备和管理制度。 Production Practice is a key link for students majoring in food science and engineering to combine theoretical knowledge with specific practice.However,there are also many problems in the practice process.In order to strengthen the students'skills and research and exploration ability,so that the students could reasonably analyze and solve the engineering problems in the field of food science and engineering,the existing problems had been reformed.Taking the major of food science and engineering as an example,combined with the actual situation,this paper analyzed and discussed the problems existing in the production practice to take measures,optimize the practice content,improve the practice quality,established a comprehensive assessment and evaluation system,and combine the“online guidance,offline practice”mode,improve teaching equipment and management system.
