混合式教学在“葡萄酒文化与鉴赏”通识课程中的探索与实践

摘要 以“葡萄酒文化与鉴赏”通识课程为例,在剖析教学痛点的基础上,秉承“学以致用,通专融合”的教学理念,提出MOOC+讲台课、品酒课、讨论课“三位一体”的混合式教学架构,探索多元评价的课程考核方式,并结合课程内容具体阐释探究式、沉浸式和拓展式等教学方法,总结实施教学改革的经验。 Based on the analysis of teaching problems,the teaching philosophy of“apply what you have learned,integration of professional education and general education”was practiced in the course of wine culture and appreciation.A hybrid teaching structure of MOOC+podium class,wine tasting class,and discussion class“three-in-one”was proposed,and the course assessment method of multiple evaluations was explored.Combined with the content of the course,the teaching methods such as inquiry,immersion and expansion were explained in detail,and the experience of implementing teaching reform was summarized.
