习近平总书记关于全过程人民民主的新论断,为走好新时代中国特色社会主义政治发展道路提供了实践遵循。群众监督是全过程人民民主的重要一环。十八大以来,党领导人民推动群众监督实践并取得了诸多有益经验。实践证明:开展群众监督必须坚持党的领导,以自我革命带动群众监督、坚持群众全链条监督权力运行、坚持完善群众监督制度机制。发展全过程人民民主,要总结运用好群众监督实践经验,推动群众监督在党的领导下发挥更大实效。

General Secretary of the Communist Party of China Xi Jinping’s new thesis on people’s democracy in the whole process provides a practical guide for taking the political development path of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.Mass supervision is an important part of the whole process of people’s democracy.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party has led the people to promote the practice of mass supervision and has gained many useful experiences.Practice has proved that the development of mass supervision must adhere to the leadership of the Party,promote mass supervision through self-revolution,stick to the operation of the whole chain of mass supervision power and persist in improving the system and mechanism of mass supervision.To develop people’s democracy in the whole process,it is necessary to summarize and apply the practical experience of mass supervision,and promote mass supervision to play a greater role under the leadership of the Party.
