Research on Digital Transformation of Property Service Enterprises under the Background of Digital Economy

在数字化经济的浪潮中,物业服务企业开展数字化转型是大势所趋。在分析物业服务企业数字化转型的内涵、定位与价值目标的基础上,概述数字化转型的现状,总结物业服务企业在数字化转型过程中出现的意识层面、资源层面与技术层面的问题。据此,提出数字化转型的行动建议,包括:强化数字化意识,做好系统性、前瞻性的战略规划;整合资源,持续化、合理化投入数字化转型的发展中;推进平台建设和数字标准化,助力打破“数字孤岛”;开展组织变革,适配数字化转型的需求;发挥协会作用,引领行业的数字化发展。

Under the background of digital economy,it is the general trend for property service enterprises to carry out digital transformation.This paper first analyzes the connotation,positioning and value objectives of the digital transformation of property service enterprises,then summarizes the status quo of the digital transformation,and summarizes the problems of consciousness,resources and technology in the process of the digital transformation of property service enterprises.Based on this,the paper puts forward some suggestions for digital transformation,which includes:strengthening digital awareness,making systematic and forward-looking strategic planning,integrating resources,sustainable and rationalized investing in the development of digital transformation,promoting platform construction and digital standardization to help break the“digital island”,carrying out organizational change to meet the needs of digital transformation,and giving full play to the role of the association to lead the digital development of the industry.
