摘要
作为装配式构件部品的重要组成部分,预制阳台广泛应用于装配式住宅建筑之中。通过研究设计出一种预制变截面型钢梁承式阳台,利用有限元软件分析模型的受力性能,结果显示钢筋和钢板均未屈服,而阳台结构最大挠度超过规范规定限值。对此提出两种局部优化方案并建模分析,结果表明两种优化方案均能使阳台板的最大挠度减小,其中方案一减小了90%,方案二减小了31%,均可达到规范要求;在用钢量方面,方案一与原方案相比用钢量增加50%,方案二增加17.35%。
As an important part of prefabricated components,prefabricated balconies are widely used in prefabricated residential buildings.A prefabricated variable-section steel beam-bearing balcony is designed.The finite element software is used to establish a model to analyze its mechanical performance under the design load.The results show that neither the steel bar nor the steel plate yields,but the maximum deflection of the balcony structure exceeds the specification limit.In this regard,two local optimization schemes are proposed and analyzed by modeling.The results show that both optimization schemes can reduce the maximum deflection of the balcony slab and meet the requirements of the specification for the limit state of normal use.In the first scheme,the maximum deflection decreases by 90%.In the second scheme,it decreases by 31%;in terms of steel consumption,the steel consumption of the optimized scheme 1 increases by 50%compared with the original scheme,and the steel consumption of the optimized scheme 2 increases by 17.35%compared with the original scheme.
