摘要
教育高质量发展作为问题被提出,具有客观的事实依据和现实逻辑,规约着教育高质量发展问题研究的“三重意识”与逻辑进路。教育问题作为特殊的社会历史范畴,深入推进教育高质量发展问题研究应重点强化主体意识、历史意识和代价意识,由此构成教育质量问题研究中价值—时间—选择三位一体的方法论规范。确证教育质量内涵的本质所是,厘清教育质量评价的现实之困,探寻教育实践质量改进的路径之可能,是推进新时代教育高质量发展问题研究应遵循的逻辑进路。
High-quality education development is put forward as a problem, which has objective factual basis and realistic logic, regulating triple consciousness and logical approach of the research on high-quality education development. Education is categorized in special social and historical extent. The research should focus on strengthening subject, and historical and cost consciousness to constitute the methodological norm of value-time-choice of the research. To confirm the essence of education quality, to clarify the realistic difficulties of education quality evaluation, and to explore the ways to improve educational practice quality are the logical approach to promoting the research in the new era.
