摘要
目的对比观察分析单纯使用高速涡轮手机和联合超声骨刀拔除下颌水平低位阻生齿两种技术的临床效果。方法选取2020年8月-2021年8月来本院门诊拔除水平低位阻生智齿的92例患者(年龄20~30岁),随机分为两组。对照组单独采用高速涡轮手机去除阻力,实验组采用高速涡轮手机联合超声骨刀去除阻力。比较两组的手术时间,术中、术后并发症的发生率。结果①手术时间:试验组的手术时间明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);②术中、术后并发症发生情况:试验组术中、术后张口受限程度、肿胀程度、疼痛严重程度均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);③术中、术后并发症总发生率:两组相比较,试验组均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阻生齿拔除过程中去除阻力是关键技术,超声骨刀在去除骨阻力方面有着显著的优势,它的应用可以明显缩短手术时间、减少创伤、有效降低术后并发症发生率。
Objective To compare the effect of turbodrill and ultrasonic osteotome combined with turbodrill in the extraction of the low site mandibular impacted wisdom tooth.Methods From August 2020 to August 2021,92 patients with impacted wisdom teeth were randomly divided into two groups,46 in each group.The observation group received ultrasonic osteotome combined with turbodrill method and the control group adopted turbodrill combined with percussion method,to compare the duration of surgery,the incidence of intraoperative and postoperative complications of the two groups.Results①Operation time:The operation time of the control group was significantly more than that of the experimental group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);②Occurrence of intraoperative and postoperative complications:the degree of opening restriction,swelling degree and pain severity in the control group were significantly higher than those in the experimental group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);③The total incidence of intraoperative and postoperative complications:comparing the two groups,the control group was significantly higher than the experimental group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The removal of resistance is the key technology in the process of the removal of impacted teeth.Ultrasonic osteotome has significant advantages in the removal of bone resistance,and its application can significantly shorten the operation time,reduce trauma and effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
