无创耳模矫正小儿先天性耳廓畸形及其对美学外观的影响

Non-invasive Ear Mold Correction of Congenital Auricle Deformity in Children and its Influence on Aesthetic Appearance

目的探讨无创耳模在小儿先天性耳廓畸形矫正中的应用及其对耳廓美学外观的影响。方法选择10例先天性耳廓畸形患儿,共计11耳(n=11),佩戴Earwell耳模矫正系统进行畸形耳廓矫正,依据患儿耳廓畸形程度、矫正效果调整佩戴时间,治疗结束1个月后,评价患儿耳廓畸形矫正的临床效果、美学满意度及并发症发生情况。结果患儿日龄14~42d,平均(24.6±8.2)d,矫正系统佩戴时间31~67d,平均(42.6±7.4)d,耳廓畸形矫正有效率为100%(11/11),美学满意度为90.9%(10/11),无并发症发生。结论无创耳模矫正先天性耳廓畸形具有较好的临床效果,能够获得较为满意的美学外观,具有适应证的患儿应尽早进行耳廓畸形的无创矫正。

Objective To investigate the application of non-invasive ear mold in the correction of congenital auricle deformity in children and its influence on the aesthetic appearance of the auricle.Methods A total of 11 ears(n=11)of 10 children with congenital auricle malformation were selected to wear Earwell ear mold correction system for auricle malformation correction.The wearing time was adjusted according to the degree of auricle malformation and the correction effect.One month after the treatment,the clinical effect,aesthetic satisfaction and complications of auricle malformation correction were evaluated.Results The age of the children was 14~42 days,with an average of(24.6±8.2)days,and the wearing time of the correction system was 31~67 days,with an average of(42.6±7.4)days.The effective rate of auricle deformity correction was 100%(11/11),and the aesthetic satisfaction was 90.9%(10/11),without complications.Conclusion The non-invasive ear mold correction of congenital auricle malformation has a good clinical effect and can obtain a more satisfactory aesthetic appearance.Children with indications should have non-invasive correction of auricle malformation as soon as possible.
