布地奈德联合特布他林应用支气管哮喘患者中的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect of Budesonide Combined with Terbutaline in Patients with Bronchial Asthma

目的对支气管哮喘患者使用布地奈德联合特布他林进行治疗的效果进行探讨。方法将2019年3月-2020年5月前来本院治疗的50例支气管哮喘患者列为实验对象,根据随机抽样法把患者随机分成常规组(25例)和研究组(25例)。常规组患者使用布地奈德进行治疗,研究组使用布地奈德联合特布他林进行治疗,观察患者治疗效果(治疗有效率、肺功能指标、临床症状、生活质量)。结果研究组治疗有效率更高,肺功能指标更优,临床症状体征消失时间更快,生活质量得分更高,组间差异有统计学价值(P<0.05)。结论为支气管哮喘患者使用布地奈德联合特布他林,可改善肺功能,提升患者生活质量,促进症状消失,治疗效果显著,临床应用价值较高。

Objective To explore the effect of Budesonide combined with Terbutaline in the treatment of patients with bronchial asthma.Methods 50 patients with bronchial asthma who came to our hospital from March 2019 to May 2020 were included in the experiment.According to the random sampling method,the patients were randomly divided into routine group(25 cases)and study group(25 cases).The patients in the routine group were treated with Budesonide,and the patients in the study group were treated with Budesonide combined with Terbutaline to observe the treatment effect(treatment efficiency,pulmonary function index and clinical symptoms).Results In the study group,the effective rate of treatment was higher,the indexes of pulmonary function were better,and the disappearance time of clinical symptoms and signs was faster.The difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Budesonide combined with Terbutaline in the treatment of patients with bronchial asthma can improve the level of pulmonary function and promote the disappearance of symptoms.The treatment effect is significant and has high clinical application value.
