加速康复外科护理模式在经鼻蝶垂体瘤切除术患者围手术期中的应用

Application of Enhanced Recovery After Surgery Nursing Mode in Perioperative Period of Endonasal Transsphenoidal Pituitary Tumor Resection

目的探究加速康复外科(enhanced recovery after surgery,ERAS)护理模式在经鼻蝶垂体瘤切除术患者围手术期中的应用效果。方法选取2020年6月-2021年6月在本院神经外科的120例经鼻蝶垂体瘤切除术患者,随机分为对照组和干预组,每组60例。对照组实施常规护理模式,干预组在常规护理基础上采用加速康复外科护理模式进行干预,比较两组护理效果。结果两组年龄、性别比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预组首次下床活动时间、住院总时间较对照组短;术后第1d、3d、5d疼痛评分[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)]均低于对照组;术后并发症发生率、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在经鼻蝶垂体瘤切除术患者围术期护理中,采取ERAS护理模式,可促进患者术后加速康复,缩短住院时间、有效缓解术后疼痛程度、减少术后并发症发生率和减轻焦虑情绪。

Objective To explore the effect of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)nursing mode in perioperative period of patients undergoing transsphenoidal pituitary tumor resection.Methods 120 patients who have undergone endonasal transsphenoidal pituitary tumor resection in neurosurgery department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University were selected from June 2020 to June 2021.They were randomly divided into the control group and the intervention group with 60 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received routine nursing mode while patients in the intervention group received ERAS nursing intervention based on routine nursing,and the nursing effects between the two groups were compared.Results The time of first ambulation and total hospitalization in the intervention group were shorter than those in the control group,the visual analogue scale(VAS)score on the 1st,3rd and 5th day after surgery were lower than those in the control group,the incidence rate of postoperative complications and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score were significantly lower than those in the control group,and all the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion In the perioperative nursing of patients undergoing transnasal sphenoidal pituitary tumor resection,using ERAS nursing mode can accelerate postoperative recovery,shorten the length of hospital stay,effectively relieve postoperative pain,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and relieve anxiety.
