基于目标管理的干预方案在医院感染防控过程中的应用效果分析

Analysis on the Effect of Intervention Program Based on Objective Management in the Process of Nosocomial Infection Prevention and Control

目的研究基于目标管理的干预方案在医院感染防控过程中的应用效果。方法选取深圳市宝安区中心医院2018年2月-2019年2月开展基于目标管理的干预方案前41例医务人员和120例患者作为对照组。另取2019年3月-2020年3月干预方案实施后41例医务人员和120例患者作为研究组。比较两组医务人员感染防控意识水平、对患者感染防控措施执行情况以及患者医院感染发生率、干预前后生活质量变化情况。结果研究组医务人员感染防控意识优良率高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组医务人员手卫生、皮肤消毒、穿戴规范以及健康宣教人数占比均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。研究组患者总感染率低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后两组生活质量评分均高于干预前,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于目标管理的干预方案在医院感染防控过程中的应用效果显著,可有效预防医院感染,同时改善医务工作者的感染防控意识。

Objective To study the effect of intervention program based on goal management in the process of nosocomial infection prevention and control.Methods 41 medical staff and 120 patients in Shenzhen Bao’an District Central Hospital before carrying out the intervention program based on goal management from February 2018 to February 2019 were retrospectively analyzed as the control group.Another 41 medical staff and 120 patients after the implementation of the intervention program from March 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the study group.The awareness level of infection prevention and control,the implementation of infection prevention and control measures for patients,the incidence of nosocomial infection and the changes in quality of life before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results The excellent and good rate of infection prevention and control consciousness of medical staff in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The proportion of medical staff in the study group in hand hygiene,skin disinfection,wearing standards and health education was higher than that in the control group(all P<0.05).The total infection rate in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the quality of life scores of the two groups were higher than those before the intervention,and the scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention program based on objective management has a significant effect in the process of nosocomial infection prevention and control,which can effectively prevent nosocomial infection and improve the awareness of infection prevention and control of medical workers.
