寒湿困脾证动物模型研究进展

摘要 寒湿困脾证因寒湿或阴寒内蕴,困阻脾阳所致,是常见的中医证候类型。建立科学规范的中医证候模型对中医研究具有重要意义。目前寒湿困脾证造模方法多从外因、内因入手或从病证结合角度出发进行造模,寒湿困脾证动物模型造模方法中的外感寒湿、苦寒泻下、饮食不节、劳倦过度等具有操作简单、可控性强等特点,但并不符合临床多因素致病机制,因此多因素造模法更加符合临床实际。关于模型的评价多采用动物的宏观体征、微观指标及反证方剂来验证模型是否成功。该文旨在对寒湿困脾证动物模型的造模方法及模型评价方法做出分析与探讨。 The syndrome of cold dampness and stagnation of spleen is caused by cold dampness or Yin and cold accumulation,which is a common syndrome type of traditional Chinese medicine. Establishing a scientific and standardized TCM syndrome model is of great significance to the research of TCM. At present,the modeling methods of cold dampness trapped spleen syndrome mostly start with external and internal causes or from the perspective of the combination of disease and syndrome. The animal model of cold dampness trapped spleen syndrome has the characteristics of simple operation and strong controllability,such as exogenous cold dampness,bitter cold diarrhea,improper diet and excessive fatigue,but it does not accord with the clinical multifactorial pathogenesis. Therefore,multi factor modeling method is more in line with clinical practice. As for the evaluation of the model,the macro signs,micro indexes and counter evidence prescriptions of animals are used to verify whether the model is successful. This paper aims to analyze and discuss the modeling method and model evaluation method of animal model of cold dampness trapped spleen syndrome.
