细菌耐药日益严重,对人类公共卫生安全造成重大威胁,给临床治疗带来了极大的困难,造成患者治疗失败、医疗费用增加、病死率上升,给患者带来了巨大的健康和经济负担。该文通过整理近年来国内外有关细菌耐药造成的健康和经济负担的文献,阐述耐药菌所致负担的研究现状,使读者了解细菌耐药所致负担的概貌,进而为国家制定遏制细菌耐药的政策提供参考。

Bacterial drug resistance is increasing and poses a significant threat to human public health safety. Along with the increasing number of drug-resistant bacteria, it brings great difficulties to clinical treatment, resulting in treatment failure, increased medical costs and mortality, and brings huge health and economic burden to patients. In this article, we collate the literature on the health and economic burden of bacterial resistance at home and abroad in recent years, and describe the current status of research on the burden caused by drug-resistant bacteria, in order to make readers understand the overview of the burden caused by bacterial resistance, and then provide reference for the national policies to curb bacterial drug resistance.
