摘要
白酒是中华民族智慧与实践的结晶。在国内市场蓬勃发展的前提下,白酒出口的相关问题及研究日益受到关注。然而以往的研究多集中于白酒文化、白酒出口贸易格局或个案研究等角度,缺乏较全面的针对我国白酒行业出口困境的研究。本文在各个维度的数据的支撑下,对标白酒国内与国外的差异,展开对白酒出口困境成因的深入研究。结果表明,白酒出口困境源自于政府、企业和产品的不充分配置和利用。继而给出了详细的策略建议,旨在提高我国白酒行业国际竞争力,提升白酒出口贸易。
Baijiu is the crystallization of the wisdom and practice of the Chinese nation.In recent years,the problems about Baijiu export are increasingly,but the domestic market develops highly.Previous studies which focused on Baijiu culture,Baijiu export trade pattern or case studies,lacked a comprehensive study on the export dilemma of China's Baijiu industry.Under the support of various dimensions of data,this article conducts an in-depth study on the causes of the export dilemma of Baijiu based on the differences between domestic and foreign.The results show that the dilemma of Baijiu export stems from the inadequate allocation and utilization of government,enterprises and products.Above all,this paper gives detailed strategic suggestions,aiming to improve the international competitiveness of Baijiu industry in China and promote the Baijiu export trade.
