双碳目标下,研究数字金融发展带来的农业碳减排效应及其作用机制,对加快农业现代化进程和实现农业双碳目标具有重要现实意义。数字金融作为一种新的金融业态,可以为农业碳减排提供有效支持。数字金融可以解锁农业碳锁定、提供资金和信息支持、促进农业技术创新、提高农户绿色环保意识以及助力乡村振兴战略实施等路径减低农业生产过程中的碳排放量。因此,政府应加快农村地区数字基础设施建设,推动数字金融重心下沉农村,加大财税扶持力度,实施农业碳排放补贴政策以及建立立足于市场和政府的区域间农业碳补偿机制。金融机构应扩大金融服务范围,并推动数字金融产品服务创新。

Under the dual carbon goals,studying the effect and mechanism of agricultural carbon emission reduction brought about by the development of digital finance is of great practical significance to accelerate the process of agricultural modernization and achieve the dual carbon goals of agriculture.As a new financial format,digital finance can provide effective support for agricultural carbon emission reduction.Digital finance can unlock agricultural carbon locks,provide financial and information support,promote agricultural technological innovation,improve farmers'awareness of green environmental protection,and help implement rural revitalization strategies to reduce carbon emissions in agricultural production processes.Therefore,the government should accelerate the construction of digital infrastructure in rural areas,promote the focus of digital finance in rural areas,increase fiscal and tax support,implement agricultural carbon emission subsidy policies,and establish an interregional agricultural carbon compensation mechanism based on the market and government.Financial institutions should expand the scope of financial services and promote innovation in digital financial products and services.
