摘要
实践育人是社会工作专业人才培养体系的重要组成部分,是提高人才培养质量、促进人的全面发展的必然要求。社会工作是一门实务性与实践性很强的学科,把人类学田野调查方法引入社会工作人才培养模式具有重要现实意义。文章提出可以围绕学生专业知识的学习,开展“田野调查+科研竞赛项目”、“田野调查+社会服务项目”、“田野调查+寒暑假社会实践项目”等多种实践育人模式,有助于打破课堂与社会的界限,提高学生的主观能动性,更好发挥专业优势解决实际社会问题,对实现构建知识意义、提升实践能力、培养道德情操、展现生命价值具有重要意义,也为社会工作专业与社会学、人类学等多学科交叉融合发展探索出新路径。
Practical education is an important part of the social work professional personnel training system,which can improve the quality of personnel training and promote the all-round development of the inevitable requirements.Social work is a practical subject.It is of great practical significance to introduce anthropological fieldwork method into the training mode of social work talents.Centering on the study of students'professional knowledge,various practical education modes such as"field investigation+scientific research competition project","field investigation+social service project","field investigation+social practice project in summer and winter holidays"can be carried out,which is helpful to break the boundary between classroom and society,improve students'subjective initiative,and better use their professional advantages to solve practical social problems.This study is of great significance to realize the construction of knowledge significance,enhance practical ability,cultivate moral sentiment,and show the value of life.It also explores a new path for the interdisciplinary integration development of social work,sociology,anthropology and other disciplines.
