企业基层团队执行力的影响因素研究--以WG公司为例

为了贯彻企业战略与计划,提高企业绩效,企业内各个团队的执行力的作用显得尤为重要。其中,最基础的工作能否如期完成的关键就是基层团队的执行力是否到位。如果基层团队执行力低下,那么该团队的绩效就会低下,这会影响到企业整体的绩效,以及企业在市场中的竞争力。因此,找出影响企业基层团队执行力的因素,并提出针对企业基层团队执行力痛点、对其基层团队执行力管理真正有效的对策与建议有十分重要的现实意义。本文以WG公司为研究对象,运用案例分析法对公司基层团队执行力问题进行了研究。通过邮件方式向被试者发放半结构化问卷,揭示WG公司的基层团队执行力的影响因素,以求能够找出团队、领导者、员工对基层团队执行力产生重要影响的因素,并有针对性的提出适合该公司的基层团队执行力有效管理的策略建议,为其管理提供借鉴与参考。

In order to implement corporate strategies and plans and improve corporate performance,the role of execution of each team within the enterprise is particularly important.Among them,the key to the most basic work being completed normally on schedule is whether the execution of the grassroots team is in place.If the grassroots team executes poorly,the team's performance will be low,which will affect the overall performance of the enterprise and the competitiveness of the enterprise in the market.Based on this,it is of great practical significance to find out the factors affecting the execution of the grassroots team of the enterprise,and put forward the real effective countermeasures and suggestions for the pain points of the execution of the grassroots team of the enterprise and the execution management of the grassroots team.This paper takes WG enterprise as a case study and uses the case analysis method to study the execution ability of the company's grassroots team.A semi-structured questionnaire was sent to the participants by email to reveal the influencing factors of WG's grassroots team execution,in order to find out the factors that have an important impact on the execution of the grassroots team.Finally,strategic suggestions suitable for the effective management of the company's grassroots team execution are put forward,which can provide reference for its management.
