基层应急管理标准化体系建设是基层应急管理职能履行和创新发展、基层应急管理水平提升的基础保障,在应急管理体系和治理现代化建设中起着至关重要的作用。本文分析了基层应急管理标准化体系建设的意义,围绕基层应急管理未来发展趋势,提出标准化体系建设的思路以及对策建议,为我国各基层开展应急管理标准化工作提供规范的参考依据。

The construction of grassroots emergency management standardization system is the basic guarantee for the performance and innovative development of the grassroots emergency management,and the improvement of the grassroots emergency management level,which plays a vital role in the modernization of emergency management system and governance.This paper analyzes the significance of the construction of the standardization system of grassroots emergency management,and puts forward ideas and countermeasures for the construction of a standardized system focusing on the future development trend of grassroots emergency management.It provides a normative reference for the standardization of emergency management at all grassroots levels in China.
