火灾事故调查工作标准化体系的研究

Research on the Standardization System of Fire Accident Investigation

通过近几年来我国火灾事故调查工作实际情况来看,火灾事故调查的标准化发展较为缓慢,各个标准的制定及管理,呈现出粗疏、零散的状态,且鉴定方式缺少有效的技术作为依据,火灾事故调查工作、信息服务没有规范性文件作为指导。因此,本文提出消防部门应当构建出一套完善的火灾事故调查标准化体系,使相关人员明确意识到标准化对于火灾事故调查的真正作用,有益于推动火灾事故调查工作人员快速、正确地判定火灾形成原因,让火灾调查工作在标准化体系指导下,得到有序开展。

With the actual situation of fire accident investigation in recent years,the standardization development of fire accident investigation is slow with coarse and scattered standards development and management,identification method lacks effective technology as the basis,and fire accident investigation and information service do not have guiding normative documents.Therefore,fire departments should build a set of perfect fire accident investigation standardization system,make relevant personnel clearly realize the real role of standardization in fire accident investigation,which is beneficial to promote fire accident investigation staff to quickly and correctly determine the cause of fire,and make orderly fire investigation under the guidance of standardization system.
