摘要
本文通过我国机关后勤管理机构发展历程的分析,阐述了机关后勤管理制度在中国革命中提供物质保障,及当前在增加政府机构运行效率和降低成本,推进国家治理能力现代化以及解决后勤管理短板方面的作用,提出新形势下既要从制度层面入手规范程序和开展标准化,又要从技术层面入手实现电子化、数字化,以期为机关后勤服务管理现代化提供参考。
This article analyzes the development history of government logistics service management system(GLSM) in China and explains the role of GLSM in providing material guarantee,increasing the operating efficiency of government institutions while reducing costs,promoting the modernization of governance capacity,and solving the shortcomings of logistics management.It proposes that standardized procedures and standardization are needed at the mechanism level in the new circumstances,and digitalization is realized at the technical level.It is expected to provide reference for the modernization of GLSM.
