浅析内燃机车燃油滤清器铁道行业标准修订差异

Analysis of Differences in Revised Railway Industry Standard on Diesel Locomotive Fuel Filter

已于2022年7月1日实施的TB/T 3571.2—2021《内燃机车滤清器第2部分:燃油滤清器》规定了内燃机车燃油滤清器及滤芯的术语和定义、技术要求、检验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、运输和储存,适用于内燃机车柴油机用燃油滤清器及滤芯。本文通过对比分析的方法,从技术要求、试验方法等方面对其与TB/T 1437—2013《内燃机车燃油滤清器》的技术差异进行分析,以期内燃机车燃油滤清器的设计人员、制造企业以及相关从业人员可以更好地理解新标准,增强新标准的宣贯效果。

TB/T 3571.2-2021,Filter for diesel locomotive—Part 2:Fuel filter,implemented on July 1,2022,defines the terminologies and definitions,technical requirements,inspection methods,inspection rules,signs,packages,transportation and storage of the fuel filter and filter element in diesel locomotive,which is applicable to the fuel filter and filter element of diesel locomotive.Through comparative analysis,this paper analyzes the technical differences between TB/T 3571.2-2021and TB/T 1437-2013,Fuel filter for diesel locomotive,which helps designers,manufacturers and related practitioners of diesel locomotive fuel filter better understand the new standard and enhance the publicity effect of the new standard.
