Establishment of Standardized Safety Management System in Fruit Physiology Laboratory

安全是科研工作持续、健康发展的前提,也是实验室管理的重中之重,本文以辽宁省果树科学研究所果树生理实验室管理实践为例,概括了水、电、气、仪器设备、化学试剂使用和危险废弃物处理与实验人员行为及管理机制等各项标准化制度的建立、完善和相应管理措施的应用,期望与广大同行交流互鉴,共同提高。

Safety is the premise of sustainable and healthy development of scientifi c research,and also the top priority of laboratory management.Taked the management practice of fruit tree physiology laboratory of Liaoning province Institute of Pomology as an example,this paper summarizes the establishment and improvement of various standardized systems such as water,electricity,gas,instrument and equipment,use of chemical reagents,hazardous waste treatment,and personnel behavior and management mechanism of laboratory,and application of corresponding management measures,It is expected to exchange and learn from the vast number of peers for common improvement.
