基于虚拟工厂技术的职业教育教学模式探析

摘要 针对目前职业教育学生实训时间短、实训条件有限等客观问题及企业不满足培养人才的质量等主观问题,本文在对虚拟工厂实训内涵及类型深入分析的基础上,探讨了基于虚拟工厂技术的职业教育教学模式的构建。通过充分利用现代虚拟技术,将职业教育的专业理论知识、虚拟模拟实训、企业岗位实践相互融合,使学生能及时将理论知识应用于实践,有效提高职业教育人才培养质量,增强学校与企业双方利益。 In view of the objective problems such as short training time,limited training conditions and subjective problems such as enterprises do not meet the quality of training talents,based on the in-depth analysis of the connotation and types of virtual factory training,this paper discusses the construction of the vocational education teaching model based on virtual factory technology.By making full use of modern virtual technology,the professional theoretical knowledge,virtual simulation training and enterprise post practice of vocational education are integrated,so that students can timely apply theoretical knowledge in practice,effectively improve the quality of vocational education talent training,and enhance the interests of both schools and enterprises.
