助产士全程标准化陪伴护理对无痛分娩产妇护理效果及妊娠结局的影响

The Effect of Whole-process Standardized Accompanying Nursing by Midwives on the Nursing Effect and Pregnancy Outcome of Parturient Women’s Painless Childbirth

目的:针对无痛分娩产妇,研究分析助产士全程标准化陪伴护理在实际护理工作中的应用效果以及对妊娠结局产生的积极影响。方法:选取2021.1-2021.12期间内接收112例产妇为研究对象。通过掷骰子法将其随机、平均分为对照组(n=56;常规护理)、实验组(n=56;助产士全程标准化陪伴护理)。观察对比2组产妇妊娠结局、不良情绪变化以及护理服务满意程度。结果:经过助产士全程标准化陪伴护理的实验组产妇,妊娠结局更优,对于护理服务内容也更加满意,焦虑、抑郁得到更为明显的改善,(P<0.05)。结论:助产士全程标准化陪伴护理在实际产妇的临床应用中效果十分显著,改善妊娠结局,值得普及。

Objective:To study and analyze the application effect of whole-process standardized accompanying nursing by midwives in painless childbirth and its positive impact on parturient women’s pregnancy outcome.Methods:A total of 112 cases of parturient women were selected as the research object from January 2021 to December 2021.They were randomly and averagely divided into the control group(n=56;Routine nursing) and the experimental group(n=56;Whole-process standardized accompanying nursing by midwives) by dice.Pregnancy outcome,adverse mood changes and nursing service satisfaction of the two groups were observed and compared.Results:The parturient women in the experimental group had better pregnancy outcome,and were more satisfied with the nursing services,with significantly improved anxiety and depression after the whole-process standardized accompanying nursing by midwives(P<0.05).Conclusion:The whole-process standardized accompanying nursing by midwives in the clinical application of actual parturient women has very significant effect,and can improve pregnancy outcome,which is worthy of popularization.
