影响普外肝胆外科标准化护理质量的原因分析与应对效果

Analysis of the Factors Infl uencing the Quality of Standardized Nursing in Hepatobiliary Surgery

目的:重点探讨普外肝胆外科标准化护理质量的影响因素以及应对策略等内容。方法:选取我院在2020年9月到2021年9月接收的60名肝胆外科疾病患者进行研究,按照护理方法的差异对其分成对照组和观察组,其中对照组依然采用常规的模式进行护理,进行实验的观察组则改用精准护理进行干预,着重针对影响标准化护理质量的原因进行深入分析,然后精准应对处理。结果:通过本次实验,证明采用精准干预的方法确实能够有效提高护理的质量,降低护理过程中风险发生的可能。对数据的统计显示,本次实验的P值小于0.05。结论:根据本次针对性实验的统计结果,证明了普外科逐步采用精准的护理干预模式取代原有的模式,这样可以体现良好的临床疗效,使患者的标准化护理质量得到质的提升。所以该护理模式有推行的价值。

Objective:To explore the factors influencing and coping strategies about the quality of nursing for hepatobiliary diseases.Methods:60 patients with hepatobiliary diseases admitted to the hospital from September 2020 to September 2021 were selected for the study,and divided into the observation group and the comparison group.The comparison group used the regular nursing,and the observation group used accurate nursing intervention.The factors infl uencing the quality of nursing were analyzed,and then the patients were treated accurately.Results:Result of the study could prove that the accurate intervention could improve the satisfaction of nursing as well as reduce the risk.The statistical data indicates that as the P is lower than 0.05,so the study is referable.Conclusion:According to the result of the comparative experiment,it is proved that general surgery departments gradually adopt the precise nursing intervention mode instead of the previous mode,which can reflect good clinical efficacy and improve the nursing quality of patients.Therefore,the nursing model has the value of implementation.
