眼眶孤立性纤维瘤(orbital solitary fibrous tumor, OSFT)是一种少见的间叶来源的梭形细胞瘤,其超声、CT、MRI等影像学表现具有一定特点,但最终确诊需依靠病理及免疫组化。本文通过文献复习对眼眶孤立性纤维瘤的临床、病理及影像表现的研究进展进行综述。

Orbital solitary fibrous tumor(OSFT) is a rare spindle cell tumor, which it has some characteristic image presentations in imaging examinations, such asultrasonography, CT, MRI and so on, but a definitive diagnosis depends on pathological and immunohistochemical examination. This article reviews the clinicalmanifestations, imaging and pathological features of OSFT.
