吐鲁番地区建筑节能设计策略研究——以葡萄沟游客服务中心设计方案为例

摘要 在我国生态文明建设进入到以绿色转型、减污降碳为重点战略方向的背景下,推动地域性绿色建筑的发展对实现“双碳”目标意义重大。由于吐鲁番地理环境和气候条件的独特性,需要研究并总结出适宜于当地的建筑节能设计策略。以吐鲁番葡萄沟游客服务中心设计方案为例,分析当地气候特性,挖掘与梳理该地区传统民居的环境适应性与生态基因,将其作为该方案场地规划和建筑生成的条件与土壤,随后有针对性地提出以“形、风、隔、能、水”五个要点为核心的节能设计策略,以此来探究吐鲁番当代建筑的建筑节能、降碳设计策略和目标,同时为探索干旱区域绿色建筑节能策略提供借鉴与参考。 Under the background that China’s ecological civilization construction has entered into the strategic direction of green transformation, pollution reduction and carbon reduction, it is of great significance to promote the development of regional green buildings to achieve the dual carbon goal. Due to the unique geographical environment and climate conditions of Turpan, it is necessary to study and sum up the building energy-saving design strategy suitable for the local area. Taking the design of Grape Valley Tourist Service Center in Turpan as an example, this paper analyzes the local climate characteristics, excavates and sorts out the environmental adaptability and ecological genes of traditional residential houses in this area, and takes them as the conditions and soil for site planning and construction generated. Then five key points–“form, wind, isolation, energy, water”are proposed for design strategy at energy conservation as the core to explore the building energy saving and carbon reduction design strategies and objectives of contemporary buildings in Turpan. Meanwhile, it provides reference for exploring energy saving strategies of green buildings in arid areas.
