基于建筑使用后评价下的我国绿色建筑研究现状

Current Studies of Post-occupancy Evaluation of Green Buildings in China

随着2019版绿色建筑评价标准的颁布,我国绿色建筑已经进入了新的发展时期,对投入运行使用的绿色建筑进行后评价能够反映我国推行绿色建筑的实际效益,根据知网检索关键词“绿色建筑”“使用后评价”得到的现有相关文献,通过文献调研和内容分析方法,对近十年我国绿色建筑使用后评价的发展历程、研究方法、研究内容进行概括分析。从使用后评价体系、绿建技术、客观参数、人员主观感受4个方面对研究内容进行了总结,根据构建评价体系、客观参数、使用者主观感受、数据分析四大角度总结了相应的研究方法。在此基础上提出了对未来开展绿色建筑使用后评价的三大研究方向,以期完善我国绿色建筑的发展。

With the promulgation of the Evaluation Standard of Green Building(version in 2019), Chinese green buildings have entered a new period of development. The post-occupancy evaluation used in operation can reflect the actual benefits of Chinese implementation of green buildings. Based on the existing relevant papers obtained by CNKI’s search keywords “green building” and “post-occupancy evaluation” and by analyzing the content of the articles, this article summarized the development process, research methods and research content of the post-occupancy evaluation of Chinese green building in the past ten years. The research content is summarized from four aspects including post-occupancy evaluation system, green building technology, objective parameters, and subjective feelings of personnel, and the related research methods are summarized from four perspectives of constructing evaluation system, objective parameters, users’ subjective feelings, and data analysis. On this basis, three major research directions for post-occupancy evaluation of green buildings are proposed in order to improve the development of green buildings in China.
