摘要 元代儒医李鹏飞所撰《三元参赞延寿书》,是一部综合性的养生书籍。全书共五卷,其中前三卷详细阐述了天元、地元、人元的养生思想。卷三是李鹏飞饮食养生思想的主要体现,他认为“人元之寿,饮食有度者得之”,并从五味、饮食、食物、果实、米谷、菜蔬、飞禽、走兽、鱼类、虫类等诸多方面阐述如何获得“人元之寿”的养生延年之理。经过整理分析,本文将李鹏飞的饮食养生思想概括为食和五味、食宜有节、食有所忌三方面,并从这三方面深入探讨李氏的“人元”饮食养生观,希冀为大众的日常饮食养生服务。 San Yuan Can Zan Yan Shou Shu written by LI Pengfei,a Confucian doctor in the Yuan Dynasty,is a comprehensive book on health preservation.The whole book comprises five volumes,of which the first three volumes elaborate on the health preserving thoughtsof Tianyuan,Diyuan and Renyuan.The third volume is the main manifestation of concept of LI Pengfei’s diet health preservation,he considers "the longevity of Renyuan is obtained by those who have a moderate diet",and from many aspects of the five flavor,diet,food,fruits,rice grains,vegetables,flying birds,quadruped,fish and insects,state how to obtain the principle of health preservation and longevity of "Renyuan".After sorting and analyzing,the article summarizes LI Pengfei’s concept of diet health preservation into three aspects:five flavor harmony,eating with moderation,and eating with taboos.LI Pengfei’s concept of "Renyuan" diet health preservation is deeply discussed from these three aspects,hoping to serve the general public’s daily diet health preservation.
